MNRE Updates ALMM Adding 6,922 MW Solar Capacity

The MNRE updated the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM), adding 6,922 MW to reach 116,467 MW total capacity. Gautam Solar, Bluebird Solar, Goldi Sun, Rayzon Solar, Jakson Engineers, and Emmvee Energy contributed 4,192 MW. Four new manufacturing units—Solitech Green Energy (1,321 MW, TOPCon), Surana Solar (174 MW, Mono PERC/TOPCon), Suryanand Solar Cluster Association (33 MW, Mono PERC), and Insolation Green Energy’s third unit (1,202 MW, TOPCon)—added 2,730 MW, enhancing India’s domestic solar module manufacturing and supporting renewable energy targets.
