MNRE issued SOP dated 01.10.2026 for updating solar PV module model numbers in BIS registration under QCO 2025. All new registrations must add four-character suffix MMCC to model number as Original Model-MMCC, where MM is ISO code of module manufacturing country and CC is code of cell manufacturing country.
