Tata Motors signed an MoU with V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority to deploy 40 green hydrogen ICE trucks, decarbonising port logistics. Trials will begin with a hydrogen-powered prime mover, followed by phased induction over two years, supported by the Ministry of Ports. A 2 MW electrolyser and hydrogen refuelling station will be established.
