MNRE Introduces SOP for Solar Vendor Complaints Under PM Surya Ghar

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has introduced a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana to address consumer complaints against solar vendors. Complaints are categorized into three types and cover issues such as substandard equipment, unsafe installations, project delays, poor maintenance, and inspection obstruction.
