The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has clarified ALMM List-II compliance requirements for utility-scale and C&I solar projects. Projects installed before 1 June 2026 but delayed in commissioning due to valid reasons may receive provisional commissioning status if they apply for an ALMM List-II exemption through the designated portal and meet specified conditions.
