The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has issued the eighth revision of ALMM List-II, adding Avaada Electro Limited as a new approved solar cell manufacturer and expanding Fujiyama Power Systems’ approved production capacity. Avaada’s Nagpur facility received approval for 610 MW of high-efficiency N-type TOPCon solar cells, while Fujiyama’s Dadri plant gained an additional 1,077 MW of bifacial PERC cell capacity.
