Ming Yang Smart Energy plans to invest £1.5 billion ($2 billion) in a wind turbine manufacturing base in Scotland, marking its UK and European expansion. The facility will produce offshore and floating turbines, with phase one operational by 2028. The initial £750 million phase will create 1,500 jobs and support an industry ecosystem.
