Mexico Pacific Ltd. (MPL) is investing $14bn in a natural gas pipeline and liquefaction plant in Sonora. It is also building an LNG terminal in Puerto Libertad, Sonora with a planned capacity of 14.11 million tons per year. Moreover, MPL signed an MoU with Shell Eastern Trading Ltd. in March to purchase 1.
