Maxvolt Energy has conducted Bhoomi Pujan for its Rs 700-crore battery manufacturing facility in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, spread over six acres. The plant will be developed in two phases of 5 GWh each, reaching 10 GWh annually, taking combined capacity with its Duhai plant to 12.5 GWh. It will manufacture batteries from 1 kW to 5 MW, with dedicated OEM lines and entry into four-wheeler EV batteries beyond two- and three-wheelers, supporting e-mobility, energy storage, telecom and power backup with BMS for slow and L3/L5 fast-charging.
