Masdar and TotalEnergies have agreed to merge their onshore renewable energy operations across nine Asian countries, forming a $2.2 billion joint venture. The 50-50 partnership will develop, build, and operate solar, wind, and battery storage projects, with a combined portfolio of 3 GW operational and 6 GW under advanced development by 2030.
