Chinese battery manufacturer Marstek has launched the Venus B, a plug-in energy storage system designed for small photovoltaic setups. The device offers 2 kWh of usable capacity with an integrated inverter and connects through a standard Schuko socket. It can charge using excess solar power or low-cost electricity from dynamic tariffs and discharge during peak price periods.
