Martial Solren, a subsidiary of Mahindra Susten, secured a ₹1,448 crore loan from HDFC Bank and Axis Bank to develop 560 MWp Solar Projects in Gujarat and Rajasthan. The projects, under long-term PPAs with GUVNL and RUVNL, will generate 9 lakh MWh annually, offsetting 8.19 lakh tonnes of CO2. The funding supports Mahindra Susten's Renewable Energy growth and India's energy transition goals.
