MAHAPREIT has issued an RFP for 100 MW Behind-the-Meter rooftop solar projects with and without Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in Maharashtra under the RESCO model, aimed mainly at MSMEs with zero upfront investment. The projects will be developed on a 25-year fixed-tariff basis, covering design, financing, installation, and O&M.
