Luxcara has started constructing a 100MW green hydrogen plant at Hamburg’s former Moorburg coal site, part of the Hamburg Green Hydrogen Hub. Developed with Hamburger Energiewerke and Kraftanlagen Energies & Services, the plant will use a Siemens PEM electrolyser to produce approximately 10,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually by 2027.
