The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission approved a ₹2.45/kWh tariff for a 1200 MW solar project by Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited under the CPSU Scheme Phase-II. The project supports domestic manufacturing and includes VGF of ₹0.55 crore/MW. Due to GST increase, the revised tariff ceiling was raised to ₹2.
