Lloyds Metals and Energy will procure 65.59 MW of renewable power from Gentari India under the group captive model, comprising 48 MW wind and 17.59 MW solar. The company will acquire at least 26% equity stakes in three renewable SPVs, investing up to ₹48.02 crore. Investments include ₹29.66 crore in Amplus Green One Power, ₹9.
