KPI Green Lists ₹670 Crore Green Bond Successfully

KPI Green Energy successfully listed its ₹670 crore inaugural green bond on the National Stock Exchange. The five-year bond, with an 8.50% annual coupon and quarterly amortisation, is backed by a 65% partial guarantee from GuarantCo, enabling an AA+(CE) rating. Proceeds will fund solar, wind, and hybrid projects, benefiting 210,000 people annually and cutting 344,000 tonnes of carbon emissions.
