Kia has introduced a 15-year, unlimited-kilometre battery warranty for the Carens Clavis EV, applicable to first private owners of vehicles sold from August 1, 2026. Commercial, fleet and second-hand owners remain covered under the standard eight-year or 1.6-lakh-km warranty. Existing owners who purchased before August 1 can upgrade by paying a one-time ₹3,400 fee, subject to vehicle inspection and applicable terms.
