Kehua Commissions India’s First Standalone Energy Storage Project

Kehua has successfully commissioned India’s first large-scale grid-connected standalone energy storage project with a capacity of 180MW/360MWh, marking a major milestone in the country’s renewable energy sector. The project uses 192 units of 1.25MW centralized Power Conversion Systems (PCS) designed for high efficiency and reliable performance even in extreme temperatures up to 51°C.
