JSW Neo Energy, a subsidiary of JSW Energy, acquired a 4.7 GW Renewable Energy platform from O2 Power, valued at ₹12,468 crores. The platform includes 4,100 MW of utility-scale RE projects and 596 MW of C&I capacity. By June 2027, it aims for a total of 4,696 MW and ₹3,750 crores in annualized EBITDA.
