JSW Motors Ltd (India) has partnered with Tata Indian Institute of Skills (Tata IIS) to build a structured technical talent pipeline ahead of commissioning its greenfield EV manufacturing plant in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. The partnership co-develops a specialized curriculum covering EV systems, automation, battery systems, CNC operations and advanced manufacturing to align workforce skills with plant ramp-up requirements.
