Jinko ESS and UCB Power have signed an MoU to explore local BESS industrialization in Brazil, combining technology with manufacturing capabilities. The collaboration aims to develop solutions meeting Brazilian local-content requirements and supporting large-scale energy storage projects. Both companies will assess opportunities under Brazil’s Capacity Reserve Auction (LRCAP), where BESS could strengthen grid flexibility and renewable integration.
