State-owned Ireda successfully raised over ₹2,000 crore through a qualified institutions placement (QIP) from June 5-10, attracting strong bids from domestic and foreign investors, including insurance firms and banks. The QIP was oversubscribed by 1.34 times, securing ₹2,005.90 crore against a base issue size of ₹1,500 crore.
