The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has released the draft (Connectivity and General Network Access) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2025. It introduces "entities with restricted access," including solar-based renewable energy stations, which can inject power only during Solar or non-solar hours.
