Terra Clean Limited, a subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, has floated a tender for a 100 MW ISTS-connected wind project in Gujarat. The project will be executed on a turnkey basis within 23 months, including 10-year O&M. Bidders must meet financial and technical criteria, including ₹125 crore turnover and prior wind project experience, with bids due by April 17, 2026.
