Inox Clean Energy has secured a ₹1,500 crore investment commitment from Motilal Oswal Group through Compulsorily Convertible Debentures, with ₹1,000 crore already infused. The funding will support acquisitions and expansion of its integrated renewable energy platform. The company, backed by major investors, is scaling its IPP, solar manufacturing, wind, EPC, and O&M capabilities.
