Inox Neo Energies, a subsidiary of Inox Clean Energy, acquired Skypower Solar India Pvt. Ltd., which runs a 50 MW (AC) Solar Plant in Madhya Pradesh, commissioned in 2018. The project has a 25-year PPA with MP Power Management Company and is valued at ₹265 crore, implying a 5.3x trailing EV/EBITDA multiple.
