India's ALMM List-II solar cell capacity has reached 45 GW per the latest MNRE update. New entrants include Grew Solar with 2,407 MW TOPCon capacity in Madhya Pradesh and Ampin Solar One with 1,160 MW Mono-PERC. Avaada Electro added nearly 2.9 GW to reach 7,117 MW, becoming the largest enlisted manufacturer.
