India has tripled its Renewable Energy capacity over the past decade, reaching 232 GW in 2024 from 75.52GW in 2014. Solar capacity surged from 2.82 GW to 108 GW, while Wind rose to 51 GW. Solar module manufacturing soared from 2GW to 90GW. Biopower grew 42%, and CBG expanded from one to 150 projects.
