India Moves to Impose Anti-Dumping Duties on Solar Glass Import from China & Vietnam

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has concluded its investigation into the alleged dumping of Solar Glass from China and Vietnam. It recommended imposing a five-year anti-dumping duty on all such imports and a countervailing duty on Vietnamese imports due to government subsidies. This decision follows a complaint from Borosil Renewables Limited, which argued that cheap imports were harming the Indian industry.
