The Indian government has launched five pilot projects under the National Green Hydrogen Mission to deploy hydrogen-powered buses and trucks. These projects involve 37 vehicles, including hydrogen fuel cell and internal combustion engine-based models, along with nine hydrogen refueling stations. Testing will occur on ten routes across India, with major companies like Tata Motors, Reliance Industries, and Ashok Leyland participating.
