Spain's Castilla y León government has granted environmental approval to Inari Solar for a 40 MW green hydrogen plant in Granja de Moreruela, Zamora, Spain despite concerns over aquifer impact. Part of Ansasol's Moreruela I and II projects totaling 80 MW and €180 million investment, the plant includes a 49,950 kVA solar PV array, electrolysis unit producing up to 720 kg/hour of high-purity green hydrogen, and storage with 60 cylindrical tanks.
