UK-based GeoPura acquired assets and staff from bankrupt Danish electrolyser maker Green Hydrogen Systems (GHS), marking its first overseas expansion in Denmark. The deal includes spare parts and expertise for GHS’s A-Series electrolyser, allowing GeoPura to maintain its fleet without replacements.
