The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is investing $45 million to deploy solar and battery systems across 2,235 telecom sites in Ethiopia, Liberia, and Sierra Leone. The initiative aims to cut energy costs, reduce diesel reliance, and improve network reliability in off-grid and unstable areas.
