Icelandic renewable energy company ON Power, a subsidiary of Reykjavík Energy, has commissioned a hybrid solar-plus-storage pilot, the Peaker Plant, at its headquarters in Reykjavik. The system combines 100 kW of rooftop and facade solar PV with a 450 kWh battery and three 240 kW DC fast chargers to support EV charging infrastructure.
