Honda is investing $2.6 million to establish a new research facility at Ohio State University’s SciTech campus, focusing on hydrogen fuel cells, CO₂ capture, and next-generation EV batteries. Opening by late 2025, the lab strengthens a nearly 40-year Honda–Ohio State partnership. This includes a $15 million commitment to the Battery Cell R&D Center and a $50 million transportation endowment.
