Iberdrola has been granted the final environmental approval from the Portuguese government to construct a 274 MW Wind Farm. This wind farm is next to Tâmega pumped storage hydro complex and will use the same grid connections making it the largest “hybrid” clean energy project in Portugal. Iberdrola will use sustainable means of production to reduce the environmental impact in the area.
