Honda Motor (Japan) plans to export the China-manufactured e:NS2 electric SUV from its Dongfeng Honda joint-venture plant in Wuhan to the Japanese market starting spring 2026, marking the first time Honda will ship China-built EVs to Japan. The model features a 68.8 kWh battery, 150 kW motor, and ~545 km CLTC range, and may revive the Insight nameplate for the domestic lineup.
