HD Renewable Energy and Tokyo Gas have partnered to develop a 340 MW battery energy storage portfolio in Japan through operational services and long-term offtake agreements. Around 149 MW in Aomori will operate under Japan’s LTDA scheme, while 190 MW across multiple regions will follow long-term contracts.
