Eolian Secures $463 Million Financing for 1.7GWh Padua BESS in Texas

Independent power producer Eolian has secured US$463 million in financing, arranged by Natixis CIB, to complete the Padua 2 and Padua 3 battery energy storage systems (350MW/1.7GWh) in Texas. Once finished in spring 2026, the Padua Complex will total 400MW/1.8GWh, making it the largest in Texas and among the world’s biggest.
