Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL) has floated a 250 MW wind power tender (Phase X) with a 250 MW Greenshoe option, open for bids till November 3, 2025. Minimum bid sizes are 10 MW (Intra-State) and 50 MW (Inter-State), with a required CUF of at least 25%. Bidders must arrange land and submit EMD of ₹13 lakh/MW and PBG of ₹32 lakh/MW.
