GUVNL has issued an RfS for 1,000 MW/4,000 MWh standalone BESS projects in Gujarat under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding Phase-X. Projects will follow the BOO model, with a minimum bid size of 65 MW/260 MWh. Developers will handle BESS development, GETCO connectivity and infrastructure. The tender requires ₹10 lakh/MW EMD and ₹25 lakh/MW PBG.
