Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited has issued a tender for 250 MW wind projects (Phase XI) with a 250 MW greenshoe option. Minimum bid sizes are 10 MW (intra-state) and 50 MW (inter-state), with a 250 MW cap. Bidding will follow e-reverse auction. Projects must meet 25% CUF and use ALMM-listed turbines.
