GUVNL filed a review petition against the GERC's earlier order, challenging the inclusion of interest and carrying costs in tariff calculations. GUVNL argued the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) did not permit such costs. Juniper Green Sigma Pvt. Ltd. countered that payments excluded interest despite the GERC's ruling.
