Researchers at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bengaluru are advocating for the use of biomass-based green hydrogen as a sustainable energy source. They believe that agricultural residue and solid waste are the best options for generating green hydrogen. The Centre for Energy Research at IISc is converting biomass into green hydrogen at a low cost.
