Foresight Group LLP has acquired Harmony Energy Income Trust plc, securing the UK’s largest operational two-hour battery energy storage portfolio. The deal includes eight grid-connected BESS sites in England and Scotland, totaling 400 MW/800 MWh. Foresight Energy Infrastructure Partners II (FEIP II) took 49%, while Blackmead Infrastructure Limited took 51%.
