Sachin Bansal, Flipkart cofounder who invested USD 100 mn in Ola in 2019 is in talks with investors to sell the stake in the ride-hailing company. Bansal has sought a premium to sell his stake by valuing the company around USD 4 billion. The move is taken as the flipkart cofounder is liquidating large holdings so as to focus solely on his fintech venture Navi.
