Spain-based Exus Renewables secured financing from MUFG for a 130MW Solar PV project in Portugal's Alentejo region. The project, acquired from Lightsource bp, spans 300 hectares and is expected to start operations in 2026. MUFG acted as Sole MLA, Hedge Provider, Facility Agent, and Account Bank. Exus may co-locate a wind plant at the site.
