European developers signed 30 PPAs totaling 2.2 GW in February, marking the highest monthly volume since February 2024, according to reports. Corporates led activity with 1.5 GW across 21 deals, while utility-scale agreements contributed 646 MW. The largest deal was a 426 MW, 40-year solar PPA in Spain between Merlin Properties and Solaria Energia.
