Emmvee Photovoltaic Power has filed papers with SEBI to raise ₹3,000 crore via IPO, including ₹2,143.9 crore fresh issue and ₹856.1 crore offer-for-sale. The funds will primarily reduce debt of ₹1,607.9 crore. A pre-IPO round may raise ₹428.8 crore. Emmvee aims to expand Solar PV Module capacity to 16.
